SNUT1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SNUT1抗体
SNUT1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000squamous cell carcinoma antigen recognized by T-cells 1(SART1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes two proteins, the SART1(800) protein expressed in the nucleus of the majority of proliferating cells, and the SART1(259) protein expressed in the cytosol of epithelial cancers. The SART1(259) protein is translated by the mechanism of -1 frameshifting during posttranscriptional regulation; its full-length sequence is not published yet. The two encoded proteins are thought to be involved in the regulation of proliferation. Both proteins have tumor-rejection antigens. The SART1(259) protein possesses tumor epitopes capable of inducing HLA-A2402-restricted cytotoxic T lymphocytes in cancer patients. This SART1(259) antigen may be useful in specific immunotherapy for cancer patients and may serve as a paradigmatic tool for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with atopy. The SART1(259) protein is found to be essential for the recruitment of the tri-snR

SNUT2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SNUT2抗体
SNUT2抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000

SNX13 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SNX13抗体
SNX13抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 This gene encodes a PHOX domain- and RGS domain-containing protein that belongs to the sorting nexin (SNX) family and the regulator of G protein signaling (RGS) family. The PHOX domain is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and the SNX family members are involved in intracellular trafficking. The RGS family members are regulatory molecules that act as GTPase activating proteins for G alpha subunits of heterotrimeric G proteins. The RGS domain of this protein interacts with G alpha(s), accelerates its GTP hydrolysis, and attenuates G alpha(s)-mediated signaling. Overexpression of this protein delayes lysosomal degradation of the epidermal growth factor receptor. Because of its bifunctional role, this protein may link heterotrimeric G protein signaling and vesicular trafficking. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

SNX33 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SNX33抗体
SNX33抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 The protein encoded by this gene is involved in cytoskeletal reorganization, vesicle trafficking, endocytosis, and mitosis. The encoded protein is essential for the creation of the cleavage furrow during mitosis and for completion of mitosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2015],

SNX5 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SNX5抗体
SNX5抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000sorting nexin 5(SNX5) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein functions in endosomal sorting, the phosphoinositide-signaling pathway, and macropinocytosis. This gene may play a role in the tumorigenesis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2013],

SNX7 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SNX7抗体
SNX7抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein does not contain a coiled coil region like some family members, and its exact function is unknown. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A related pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 11. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2010],

SO4C1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SO4C1抗体
SO4C1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000SLCO4C1 belongs to the organic anion transporter (OATP) family. OATPs are involved in the membrane transport of bile acids, conjugated steroids, thyroid hormone, eicosanoids, peptides, and numerous drugs in many tissues (Mikkaichi et al., 2004 [PubMed 14993604]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008],

SOAT1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SOAT1抗体
SOAT1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000sterol O-acyltransferase 1(SOAT1) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the acyltransferase family. It is located in the endoplasmic reticulum, and catalyzes the formation of fatty acid-cholesterol esters. This gene has been implicated in the formation of beta-amyloid and atherosclerotic plaques by controlling the equilibrium between free cholesterol and cytoplasmic cholesteryl esters. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2011],

SOCS4 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SOCS4抗体
SOCS4抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000suppressor of cytokine signaling 4(SOCS4) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene contains a SH2 domain and a SOCS BOX domain. The protein thus belongs to the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS), also known as STAT-induced STAT inhibitor (SSI), protein family. SOCS family members are known to be cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

SOCS5 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

SOCS5抗体
SOCS5抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000suppressor of cytokine signaling 5(SOCS5) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene contains a SH2 domain and a SOCS BOX domain. The protein thus belongs to the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) family, also known as STAT-induced STAT inhibitor (SSI) protein family. SOCS family members are known to be cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling. The specific function of this protein has not yet been determined. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding an identical protein have been reported. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
