TRFM rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRFM抗体
TRFM抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000melanotransferrin(MELTF) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a cell-surface glycoprotein found on melanoma cells. The protein shares sequence similarity and iron-binding properties with members of the transferrin superfamily. The importance of the iron binding function has not yet been identified. This gene resides in the same region of chromosome 3 as members of the transferrin superfamily. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

TRI23 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI23抗体
TRI23抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000tripartite motif containing 23(TRIM23) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. This protein is also a member of the ADP ribosylation factor family of guanine nucleotide-binding family of proteins. Its carboxy terminus contains an ADP-ribosylation factor domain and a guanine nucleotide binding site, while the amino terminus contains a GTPase activating protein domain which acts on the guanine nucleotide binding site. The protein localizes to lysosomes and the Golgi apparatus. It plays a role in the formation of intracellular transport vesicles, their movement from one compartment to another, and phopholipase D activation. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants for this gene have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

TRI31 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI31抗体
TRI31抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000tripartite motif containing 31(TRIM31) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a protein that functions as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. This gene shows altered expression in certain tumors and may be a negative regulator of cell growth. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016],

TRI35 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI35抗体
TRI35抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000tripartite motif containing 35(TRIM35) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The function of this protein has not been identified. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

TRI37 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI37抗体
TRI37抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000This gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, whose members are involved in diverse cellular functions such as developmental patterning and oncogenesis. The TRIM motif includes zinc-binding domains, a RING finger region, a B-box motif and a coiled-coil domain. The RING finger and B-box domains chelate zinc and might be involved in protein-protein and/or protein-nucleic acid interactions. The gene mutations are associated with mulibrey (muscle-liver-brain-eye) nanism, an autosomal recessive disorder that involves several tissues of mesodermal origin. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2016],

TRI41 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI41抗体
TRI41抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 This gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM family is characterized by a signature motif composed of a RING finger, one or more B-box domains, and a coiled-coil region. This encoded protein may play a role in protein kinase C signaling. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2011],

TRI50 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI50抗体
TRI50抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000

TRI56 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI56抗体
TRI56抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000sequence caution:Translation N-terminally extended.,sequence caution:Translation N-terminally shortened.,similarity:Belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family.,similarity:Contains 1 RING-type zinc finger.,similarity:Contains 2 B box-type zinc fingers.,

TRI63 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TRI63抗体
TRI63抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000tripartite motif containing 63(TRIM63) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the RING zinc finger protein family found in striated muscle and iris. The product of this gene is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that localizes to the Z-line and M-line lattices of myofibrils. This protein plays an important role in the atrophy of skeletal and cardiac muscle and is required for the degradation of myosin heavy chain proteins, myosin light chain, myosin binding protein, and for muscle-type creatine kinase. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2012],
