EST4A rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

EST4A抗体
EST4A抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 This gene encodes a member of the carboxylesterase large family. The family members are responsible for the hydrolysis or transesterification of various xenobiotics, such as cocaine and heroin, and endogenous substrates with ester, thioester, or amide bonds. They also participate in fatty acyl and cholesterol ester metabolism, and may play a role in the blood-brain barrier system. This gene, also called CES6, encodes a secreted enzyme, and may play a role in the detoxification of drugs and xenobiotics in neural and other tissues of the body and in the cerebrospinal fluid. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been reported, but the full-length nature and/or biological validity of some variants have not been determined. EST5A rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

EST5A抗体
EST5A抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000This gene encodes a member of the carboxylesterase large family. This gene, also called CES5, is predominantly expressed in peripheral tissues, including brain, kidney, lung and testis. It encodes a secreted enzyme. Because of high levels in the urine of male domestic cats, this enzyme is also called cauxin (carboxylesterase-like urinary excreted protein). The enzyme functions in regulating the production of a pheromone precursor and may contribute to lipid and cholesterol transfer processes within male reproductive fluids. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2010],

ESX1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

ESX1抗体
ESX1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000This gene encodes a dual-function 65 kDa protein that undergoes proteolytic cleavage to produce a 45 kDa N-terminal fragment with a paired-like homeodomain and a 20 kDa C-terminal fragment with a proline-rich domain. The C-terminal fragment localizes to the cytoplasm while the N-terminal fragment localizes exclusively to the nucleus. In contrast to human, the mouse homolog has a novel PN/PF motif in the C-terminus and is paternally imprinted in placental tissue. This gene likely plays a role in placental development and spermatogenesis. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2010],

ESYT1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

ESYT1抗体
ESYT1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000function:May play a role as calcium-regulated intrinsic membrane protein.,similarity:Belongs to the extended synaptotagmin family.,similarity:Contains 5 C2 domains.,subcellular location:Localizes to intracellular membranes.,tissue specificity:Widely expressed.,

ETAA1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

ETAA1抗体
ETAA1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000PTM:Phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR.,tissue specificity:Expressed at high levels in the brain, liver kidney and Ewing tumor cell lines.,

ETS2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

ETS2抗体
ETS2抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000ETS proto-oncogene 2, transcription factor(ETS2) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a transcription factor which regulates genes involved in development and apoptosis. The encoded protein is also a protooncogene and shown to be involved in regulation of telomerase. A pseudogene of this gene is located on the X chromosome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2012],

EXOC6 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

EXOC6抗体
EXOC6抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000The protein encoded by this gene is highly similar to the Saccharomyces cerevisiae SEC15 gene product, which is essential for vesicular traffic from the Golgi apparatus to the cell surface in yeast. It is one of the components of a multiprotein complex required for exocytosis. The 5' portion of this gene and two neighboring cytochrome p450 genes are included in a deletion that results in an autosomal-dominant form of nonsyndromic optic nerve aplasia (ONA). Alternative splicing and the use of alternative promoters results in multiple transcript variants. A paralogous gene encoding a similar protein is present on chromosome 2. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016],
