T2R38 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

T2R38抗体
T2R38抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000taste 2 receptor member 38(TAS2R38) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor that controls the ability to taste glucosinolates, a family of bitter-tasting compounds found in plants of the Brassica sp. Synthetic compounds phenylthiocarbamide (PTC) and 6-n-propylthiouracil (PROP) have been identified as ligands for this receptor and have been used to test the genetic diversity of this gene. Although several allelic forms of this gene have been identified worldwide, there are two predominant common forms (taster and non-taster) found outside of Africa. These alleles differ at three nucleotide positions resulting in amino acid changes in the protein (A49P, A262V, and V296I) with the amino acid combination PAV identifying the taster variant (and AVI identifying the non-taster variant). T3HPD rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

T3HPD抗体
T3HPD抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 The protein encoded by this gene is a dehydratase that converts trans-3-hydroxy-L-proline to delta(1)-pyrroline-2-carboxylate. This enzyme may function to degrade dietary proteins that contain trans-3-hydroxy-L-proline as well as other proteins such as collagen IV. The encoded protein can be converted to an epimerase by changing a threonine to a cysteine at a catalytic site. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2016],

TA2R rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

TA2R抗体
TA2R抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000thromboxane A2 receptor(TBXA2R) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. The protein interacts with thromboxane A2 to induce platelet aggregation and regulate hemostasis. A mutation in this gene results in a bleeding disorder. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2009],
