CD36 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD36抗体
CD36抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/10000. CD36 molecule(CD36) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is the fourth major glycoprotein of the platelet surface and serves as a receptor for thrombospondin in platelets and various cell lines. Since thrombospondins are widely distributed proteins involved in a variety of adhesive processes, this protein may have important functions as a cell adhesion molecule. It binds to collagen, thrombospondin, anionic phospholipids and oxidized LDL. It directly mediates cytoadherence of Plasmodium falciparum parasitized erythrocytes and it binds long chain fatty acids and may function in the transport and/or as a regulator of fatty acid transport. Mutations in this gene cause platelet glycoprotein deficiency. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2014],

CD37 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD37抗体
CD37抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. IHC-p: 1/100-1/300. ELISA: 1/20000. CD37 molecule(CD37) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. This encoded protein is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins. It may play a role in T-cell-B-cell interactions. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

CD38 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD38抗体
CD38抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. IHC-p: 1/100-1/300. ELISA: 1/20000. CD38 molecule(CD38) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a non-lineage-restricted, type II transmembrane glycoprotein that synthesizes and hydrolyzes cyclic adenosine 5'-diphosphate-ribose, an intracellular calcium ion mobilizing messenger. The release of soluble protein and the ability of membrane-bound protein to become internalized indicate both extracellular and intracellular functions for the protein. This protein has an N-terminal cytoplasmic tail, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a C-terminal extracellular region with four N-glycosylation sites. Crystal structure analysis demonstrates that the functional molecule is a dimer, with the central portion containing the catalytic site. It is used as a prognostic marker for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2015],

CD39 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD39抗体
CD39抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/10000. ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1(ENTPD1) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a plasma membrane protein that hydrolyzes extracellular ATP and ADP to AMP. Inhibition of this protein's activity may confer anticancer benefits. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2015],

CD3EAP rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD3EAP抗体
CD3EAP抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/40000. caution:It is not known whether the so-called human ASE1 and human CAST proteins represent two sides of a single gene product with sharply different functional characteristics. Experiments done with the mouse homolog protein are in favor of an implication of this gene in rRNA transcription instead of T-cell receptor signaling.,function:DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Component of RNA polymerase I which synthesizes ribosomal RNA precursors. Isoform 1 is involved in UBTF-activated transcription, presumably at a step following PIC formation.,function:Isoform 2 has been described as a component of preformed T-cell receptor (TCR) complex.,miscellaneous:It is in an antisense orientation to and overlaps the gene of the DNA repair enzyme ERCC1. This gene overlap is conserved in mouse suggesting an impor

CD3-δ rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD3-δ抗体
CD3-δ抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. IHC-p: 1/100-1/300. ELISA: 1/20000. CD3d molecule(CD3D) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is part of the T-cell receptor/CD3 complex (TCR/CD3 complex) and is involved in T-cell development and signal transduction. The encoded membrane protein represents the delta subunit of the CD3 complex, and along with four other CD3 subunits, binds either TCR alpha/beta or TCR gamma/delta to form the TCR/CD3 complex on the surface of T-cells. Defects in this gene are a cause of severe combined immunodeficiency autosomal recessive T-cell-negative/B-cell-positive/NK-cell-positive (SCIDBNK). Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Other variants may also exist, but the full-length natures of their transcripts has yet to be defined. CD3-ε rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD3-ε 抗体
CD3-ε 抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. IHC-p: 1/100-1/300. ELISA: 1/20000. CD3e molecule(CD3E) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is the CD3-epsilon polypeptide, which together with CD3-gamma, -delta and -zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. This complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways. The genes encoding the epsilon, gamma and delta polypeptides are located in the same cluster on chromosome 11. The epsilon polypeptide plays an essential role in T-cell development. Defects in this gene cause immunodeficiency. This gene has also been linked to a susceptibility to type I diabetes in women. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
