P4K2A抗体
P4K2A抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase type 2 alpha(PI4K2A) Homo sapiens Phosphatidylinositolpolyphosphates (PtdInsPs) are centrally involved in many biologic processes, ranging from cell growth and organization of the actin cytoskeleton to endo- and exocytosis. PI4KII phosphorylates PtdIns at the D-4 position, an essential step in the biosynthesis of PtdInsPs (Barylko et al., 2001 [PubMed 11244087]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008],

P55G rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

P55G抗体
P55G抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 3(PIK3R3) Homo sapiens Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) phosphorylates phosphatidylinositol and similar compounds, which then serve as second messengers in growth signaling pathways. PI3K is composed of a catalytic and a regulatory subunit. The protein encoded by this gene represents a regulatory subunit of PI3K. The encoded protein contains two SH2 domains through which it binds activated protein tyrosine kinases to regulate their activity. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2016],

PA21B rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

PA21B抗体
PA21B抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000phospholipase A2 group IB(PLA2G1B) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a secreted member of the phospholipase A2 (PLA2) class of enzymes, which is produced by the pancreatic acinar cells. The encoded calcium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of the sn-2 position of membrane glycerophospholipids to release arachidonic acid (AA) and lysophospholipids. AA is subsequently converted by downstream metabolic enzymes to several bioactive lipophilic compounds (eicosanoids), including prostaglandins (PGs) and leukotrienes (LTs). The enzyme may be involved in several physiological processes including cell contraction, cell proliferation and pathological response. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2013],

PA24B抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000JMJD7-PLA2G4B readthrough(JMJD7-PLA2G4B) Homo sapiens This locus represents naturally-occurring readthrough transcription between the neighboring jumonji domain containing 7 (JMJD7) and phospholipase A2, group IVB (cytosolic) (PLA2G4B) genes. Readthrough transcripts encode fusion proteins that share amino acid sequence with each individual gene product, including a partial JmjC domain and downstream C2 and phospholipase A2 domains. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2013],

Has higher enzyme activity for phosphatidylethanolamine than phosphatidylcholine.,similarity:Contains 1 C2 domain.,similarity:Contains 1 PLA2c domain.,subcellular location:Translocates to lysosomal membranes in a calcium-dependent fashion.,

Polyclonal AntibodyP1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Polyclonal AntibodyP1抗体
Polyclonal AntibodyP1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000poly(A) binding protein cytoplasmic 1(PABPC1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a poly(A) binding protein. The protein shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm and binds to the 3' poly(A) tail of eukaryotic messenger RNAs via RNA-recognition motifs. The binding of this protein to poly(A) promotes ribosome recruitment and translation initiation; it is also required for poly(A) shortening which is the first step in mRNA decay. The gene is part of a small gene family including three protein-coding genes and several pseudogenes.[provided by RefSeq, Aug 2010],

Polyclonal AntibodyP2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Polyclonal AntibodyP2抗体
Polyclonal AntibodyP2抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000poly(A) binding protein nuclear 1(PABPN1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes an abundant nuclear protein that binds with high affinity to nascent poly(A) tails. The protein is required for progressive and efficient polymerization of poly(A) tails at the 3' ends of eukaryotic transcripts and controls the size of the poly(A) tail to about 250 nt. At steady-state, this protein is localized in the nucleus whereas a different poly(A) binding protein is localized in the cytoplasm. This gene contains a GCG trinucleotide repeat at the 5' end of the coding region, and expansion of this repeat from the normal 6 copies to 8-13 copies leads to autosomal dominant oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy (OPMD) disease. Related pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 19 and X. Read-through transcription also exists between this gene and the neighboring upstream BCL2-like 2 (BCL2L2) gene. Polyclonal AntibodyP4 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Polyclonal AntibodyP4抗体
Polyclonal AntibodyP4抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000poly(A) binding protein cytoplasmic 4(PABPC4) Homo sapiens Poly(A)-binding proteins (PABPs) bind to the poly(A) tail present at the 3-prime ends of most eukaryotic mRNAs. PABPC4 or IPABP (inducible PABP) was isolated as an activation-induced T-cell mRNA encoding a protein. Activation of T cells increased PABPC4 mRNA levels in T cells approximately 5-fold. PABPC4 contains 4 RNA-binding domains and proline-rich C terminus. PABPC4 is localized primarily to the cytoplasm. It is suggested that PABPC4 might be necessary for regulation of stability of labile mRNA species in activated T cells. PABPC4 was also identified as an antigen, APP1 (activated-platelet protein-1), expressed on thrombin-activated rabbit platelets. PABPC4 may also be involved in the regulation of protein translation in platelets and megakaryocytes or may participate in the binding or stabilization of polyadenylates in platelet dense granules.
