RM45 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RM45抗体
RM45抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000mitochondrial ribosomal protein L45(MRPL45) Homo sapiens Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and help in protein synthesis within the mitochondrion. Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit. They have an estimated 75% protein to rRNA composition compared to prokaryotic ribosomes, where this ratio is reversed. Another difference between mammalian mitoribosomes and prokaryotic ribosomes is that the latter contain a 5S rRNA. Among different species, the proteins comprising the mitoribosome differ greatly in sequence, and sometimes in biochemical properties, which prevents easy recognition by sequence homology. This gene encodes a 39S subunit protein. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes corresponding to this gene are found on chromosomes 2p and 17q. RMI2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RMI2抗体
RMI2抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 RMI2 is a component of the BLM (RECQL3; MIM 604610) complex, which plays a role in homologous recombination-dependent DNA repair and is essential for genome stability (Xu et al., 2008 [PubMed 18923082]).[supplied by OMIM, Nov 2008],

RN123 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RN123抗体
RN123抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000ring finger protein 123(RNF123) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene contains a C-terminal RING finger domain, a motif present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and known to be involved in protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions, and an N-terminal SPRY domain. This protein displays E3 ubiquitin ligase activity toward the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1B which is also known as p27 or KIP1. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2016],

RN135 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RN135抗体
RN135抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000ring finger protein 135(RNF135) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene contains a RING finger domain, a motif present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and known to be involved in protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions. This gene is located in a chromosomal region known to be frequently deleted in patients with neurofibromatosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

RN141 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RN141抗体
RN141抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000ring finger protein 141(RNF141) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene contains a RING finger, a motif known to be involved in protein-DNA and protein-protein interactions. Abundant expression of this gene was found in the testicular tissue of fertile men, but was not detected in azoospermic patients. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this gene may function as a testis specific transcription factor during spermatogenesis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
