VPS45 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

VPS45抗体
VPS45抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000Vesicle mediated protein sorting plays an important role in segregation of intracellular molecules into distinct organelles. Genetic studies in yeast have identified more than 40 vacuolar protein sorting (VPS) genes involved in vesicle transport to vacuoles. This gene is a member of the Sec1 domain family, and shows a high degree of sequence similarity to mouse, rat and yeast Vps45. The exact function of this gene is not known, but its high expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells suggests a role in trafficking proteins, including inflammatory mediators. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2013],

VPS4B rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

VPS4B抗体
VPS4B抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000vacuolar protein sorting 4 homolog B(VPS4B) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the AAA protein family (ATPases associated with diverse cellular activities), and is the homolog of the yeast Vps4 protein. In humans, two paralogs of the yeast protein have been identified. The former share a high degree of aa sequence similarity with each other, and also with yeast Vps4 and mouse Skd1 proteins. Mouse Skd1 (suppressor of K+ transport defect 1) has been shown to be a yeast Vps4 ortholog. Functional studies indicate that both human paralogs associate with the endosomal compartments, and are involved in intracellular protein trafficking, similar to Vps4 protein in yeast. The gene encoding this paralog has been mapped to chromosome 18; the gene for the other resides on chromosome 16. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

VRK1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

VRK1抗体
VRK1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000vaccinia related kinase 1(VRK1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the vaccinia-related kinase (VRK) family of serine/threonine protein kinases. This gene is widely expressed in human tissues and has increased expression in actively dividing cells, such as those in testis, thymus, fetal liver, and carcinomas. Its protein localizes to the nucleus and has been shown to promote the stability and nuclear accumulation of a transcriptionally active p53 molecule and, in vitro, to phosphorylate Thr18 of p53 and reduce p53 ubiquitination. This gene, therefore, may regulate cell proliferation. This protein also phosphorylates histone, casein, and the transcription factors ATF2 (activating transcription factor 2) and c-JUN. VSIG1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

VSIG1抗体
VSIG1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 1(VSIG1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) family. The encoded protein contains multiple glycosylation sites at the N-terminal region, and multiple phosphorylation sites and glutamic acid/proline (EP) repeats at the C-terminal region. The gene is expressed in normal stomach and testis, as well as in gastric, esophageal and ovarian cancers. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2009],

VSIG4 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

VSIG4抗体
VSIG4抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 4(VSIG4) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a v-set and immunoglobulin-domain containing protein that is structurally related to the B7 family of immune regulatory proteins. The encoded protein may be a negative regulator of T-cell responses. This protein is also a receptor for the complement component 3 fragments C3b and iC3b. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010],

VSX1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

VSX1抗体
VSX1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000visual system homeobox 1(VSX1) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene contains a paired-like homeodomain and binds to the core of the locus control region of the red/green visual pigment gene cluster. The encoded protein may regulate expression of the cone opsin genes early in development. Mutations in this gene can cause posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy and keratoconus. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

VSX2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

VSX2 抗体
VSX2 抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000visual system homeobox 2(VSX2) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a homeobox protein originally described as a retina-specific transcription factor. Mutations in this gene are associated with microphthalmia, cataracts and iris abnormalities. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2009],
