Cathepsin H rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Cathepsin H
Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/20000. cathepsin H(CTSH) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a lysosomal cysteine proteinase important in the overall degradation of lysosomal proteins. It is composed of a dimer of disulfide-linked heavy and light chains, both produced from a single protein precursor. The encoded protein, which belongs to the peptidase C1 protein family, can act both as an aminopeptidase and as an endopeptidase. Increased expression of this gene has been correlated with malignant progression of prostate tumors. Alternate splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016],

Caveolin-1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

WB 1:500-2000, IF 1:50-300, IHC 1:50-300 caveolin 1(CAV1) Homo sapiens The scaffolding protein encoded by this gene is the main component of the caveolae plasma membranes found in most cell types. The protein links integrin subunits to the tyrosine kinase FYN, an initiating step in coupling integrins to the Ras-ERK pathway and promoting cell cycle progression. The gene is a tumor suppressor gene candidate and a negative regulator of the Ras-p42/44 mitogen-activated kinase cascade. Caveolin 1 and caveolin 2 are located next to each other on chromosome 7 and express colocalizing proteins that form a stable hetero-oligomeric complex. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Berardinelli-Seip congenital lipodystrophy. Alternatively spliced transcripts encode alpha and beta isoforms of caveolin 1.[provided by RefSeq, Mar 2010],

CAYP1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

WB 1:500-2000 This gene encodes a calcium-binding protein, which may play a role in the regulation of ion transport. A similar protein was first described as a potentially important regulatory protein in the dog thyroid and was termed as R2D5 antigen in rabbit. Alternative splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

CB016 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CB044 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CB065 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

WB 1:500-2000 This gene encodes a protein that is likely to function in progression of meiosis. A similar protein in mouse plays a role in gametogenesis in both sexes. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2013],

CB1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. Immunofluorescence: 1/200 - 1/1000. ELISA: 1/10000. cannabinoid receptor 1(CNR1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes one of two cannabinoid receptors. The cannabinoids, principally delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and synthetic analogs, are psychoactive ingredients of marijuana. The cannabinoid receptors are members of the guanine-nucleotide-binding protein (G-protein) coupled receptor family, which inhibit adenylate cyclase activity in a dose-dependent, stereoselective and pertussis toxin-sensitive manner. The two receptors have been found to be involved in the cannabinoid-induced CNS effects (including alterations in mood and cognition) experienced by users of marijuana. Multiple transcript variants encoding two different protein isoforms have been described for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, May 2009],
