GGEE1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

GGEE1抗体
GGEE1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 This gene is a member of family of proteins that are expressed in a variety of tumors and in some fetal and reproductive tissues. The encoded protein may protect cells from programmed cell death. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2015],

GGH rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

GGH抗体
GGH抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/10000. gamma-glutamyl hydrolase(GGH) Homo sapiens This gene catalyzes the hydrolysis of folylpoly-gamma-glutamates and antifolylpoly-gamma-glutamates by the removal of gamma-linked polyglutamates and glutamate. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

GGNB2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

GGNB2抗体
GGNB2抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000

GGT1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

GGT1抗体
GGT1抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. IHC-p: 1:100-300 ELISA: 1/20000. gamma-glutamyltransferase 1(GGT1) Homo sapiens The enzyme encoded by this gene is a type I gamma-glutamyltransferase that catalyzes the transfer of the glutamyl moiety of glutathione to a variety of amino acids and dipeptide acceptors. The enzyme is composed of a heavy chain and a light chain, which are derived from a single precursor protein. It is expressed in tissues involved in absorption and secretion and may contribute to the etiology of diabetes and other metabolic disorders. Multiple alternatively spliced variants have been identified. There are a number of related genes present on chromosomes 20 and 22, and putative pseudogenes for this gene on chromosomes 2, 13, and 22. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2014],

GH rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

GH抗体
GH抗体应用:IHC-p 1:50-200, ELISA 1:10000-20000 growth hormone 1(GH1) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the somatotropin/prolactin family of hormones which play an important role in growth control. The gene, along with four other related genes, is located at the growth hormone locus on chromosome 17 where they are interspersed in the same transcriptional orientation; an arrangement which is thought to have evolved by a series of gene duplications. The five genes share a remarkably high degree of sequence identity. Alternative splicing generates additional isoforms of each of the five growth hormones, leading to further diversity and potential for specialization. This particular family member is expressed in the pituitary but not in placental tissue as is the case for the other four genes in the growth hormone locus. Mutations in or deletions of the gene lead to growth hormone deficiency and short stature. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

FEV rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

FEV抗体
FEV抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/40000. FEV, ETS transcription factor(FEV) Homo sapiens This gene belongs to the ETS transcription factor family. ETS family members have a highly conserved 85-amino acid ETS domain that binds purine-rich DNA sequences. The alanine-rich C-terminus of this gene indicates that it may act as a transcription repressor. This gene is exclusively expressed in neurons of the central serotonin (5-HT) system, a system implicated in the pathogeny of such psychiatric diseases as depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. In some types of Ewing tumors, this gene is fused to the Ewing sarcoma (EWS) gene following chromosome translocations. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

FGF-1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

FGF-1抗体
FGF-1抗体应用:Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/10000.fibroblast growth factor 1(FGF1) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. This protein functions as a modifier of endothelial cell migration and proliferation, as well as an angiogenic factor. It acts as a mitogen for a variety of mesoderm- and neuroectoderm-derived cells in vitro, thus is thought to be involved in organogenesis. Multiple alternatively spliced variants encoding different isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2009],
