cPLA2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

cPLA2抗体
cPLA2抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. Immunofluorescence: 1/200 - 1/1000. ELISA: 1/10000. phospholipase A2 group IVA(PLA2G4A) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the cytosolic phospholipase A2 group IV family. The enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of membrane phospholipids to release arachidonic acid which is subsequently metabolized into eicosanoids. Eicosanoids, including prostaglandins and leukotrienes, are lipid-based cellular hormones that regulate hemodynamics, inflammatory responses, and other intracellular pathways. The hydrolysis reaction also produces lysophospholipids that are converted into platelet-activating factor. The enzyme is activated by increased intracellular Ca(2+) levels and phosphorylation, resulting in its translocation from the cytosol and nucleus to perinuclear membrane vesicles. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2015],

cPLA2-γ rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

cPLA2-γ抗体
cPLA2-γ抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/20000. phospholipase A2 group IVC(PLA2G4C) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a protein which is a member of the phospholipase A2 enzyme family which hydrolyzes glycerophospholipids to produce free fatty acids and lysophospholipids, both of which serve as precursors in the production of signaling molecules. The encoded protein has been shown to be a calcium-independent and membrane bound enzyme. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2009],

cPLA2-δ rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

cPLA2-δ抗体
cPLA2-δ抗体应用:Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/40000. phospholipase A2 group IVD(PLA2G4D) Homo sapiens The phospholipase A2 enzyme family, including PLA2G4D, catalyze the hydrolysis of glycerophospholipids at the sn-2 position and then liberate free fatty acids and lysophospholipids (Chiba et al., 2004 [PubMed 14709560]).[supplied by OMIM, Jun 2009],

cPLA2-ε rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

cPLA2-ε抗体

ELISA: 1/40000. catalytic activity:Phosphatidylcholine + H(2)O = 1-acylglycerophosphocholine + a carboxylate.,domain:The N-terminal C2 domain associates with lipid membranes and mediates its regulation by presenting the active site to its substrate in response to elevations of cytosolic Ca(2+).,enzyme regulation:Stimulated by cytosolic Ca(2+).,function:Calcium-dependent phospholipase A2 that selectively hydrolyzes glycerophospholipids in the sn-2 position.,similarity:Contains 1 C2 domain.,similarity:Contains 1 PLA2c domain.,subcellular location:Translocates to lysosomal membranes in a calcium-dependent fashion.,

CPLX4 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CPLX4抗体
CPLX4抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 This gene likely encodes a member of the complexin family. The encoded protein may be involved in synaptic vesicle exocytosis. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2009],

CPM rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CPM抗体
CPM抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/40000. carboxypeptidase M(CPM) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane-bound arginine/lysine carboxypeptidase. Its expression is associated with monocyte to macrophage differentiation. This encoded protein contains hydrophobic regions at the amino and carboxy termini and has 6 potential asparagine-linked glycosylation sites. The active site residues of carboxypeptidases A and B are conserved in this protein. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

CPN cat rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CPN抗体
CPN抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/20000. carboxypeptidase N subunit 1(CPN1) Homo sapiens Carboxypeptidase N is a plasma metallo-protease that cleaves basic amino acids from the C terminal of peptides and proteins. The enzyme is important in the regulation of peptides like kinins and anaphylatoxins, and has also been known as kininase-1 and anaphylatoxin inactivator. This enzyme is a tetramer comprised of two identical regulatory subunits and two identical catalytic subunits; this gene encodes the catalytic subunit. Mutations in this gene can be associated with angioedema or chronic urticaria resulting from carboxypeptidase N deficiency. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
