ELISA: 1/5000.cyclin G associated kinase(GAK) Homo sapiens In all eukaryotes, the cell cycle is governed by cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs), whose activities are regulated by cyclins and CDK inhibitors in a diverse array of mechanisms that involve the control of phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of Ser, Thr or Tyr residues. Cyclins are molecules that possess a consensus domain called the 'cyclin box.' In mammalian cells, 9 cyclin species have been identified, and they are referred to as cyclins A through I. Cyclin G is a direct transcriptional target of the p53 tumor suppressor gene product and thus functions downstream of p53. GAK is an association partner of cyclin G and CDK5. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2015],

Galactosidase β rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galactosidase β抗体
Galactosidase β抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. IHC-p: 1:100-1:300. ELISA: 1/10000. galactosidase beta 1(GLB1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 35 family of proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, at least one of which encodes a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to generate the mature lysosomal enzyme. This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of a terminal beta-linked galactose residue from ganglioside substrates and other glycoconjugates. Mutations in this gene may result in GM1-gangliosidosis and Morquio B syndrome. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2015],

Galactosidase β1L3 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galactosidase β1L3抗体
Galactosidase β1L3抗体应用:Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/40000. similarity:Belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 35 family.,

GALE rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

GALE抗体
GALE抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 This gene encodes UDP-galactose-4-epimerase which catalyzes two distinct but analogous reactions: the epimerization of UDP-glucose to UDP-galactose, and the epimerization of UDP-N-acetylglucosamine to UDP-N-acetylgalactosamine. The bifunctional nature of the enzyme has the important metabolic consequence that mutant cells (or individuals) are dependent not only on exogenous galactose, but also on exogenous N-acetylgalactosamine as a necessary precursor for the synthesis of glycoproteins and glycolipids. Mutations in this gene result in epimerase-deficiency galactosemia, also referred to as galactosemia type 3, a disease characterized by liver damage, early-onset cataracts, deafness and mental retardation, with symptoms ranging from mild ('peripheral' form) to severe ('generalized' form). Multiple alternatively spliced transcripts encoding the same protein have been identified. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

Galectin-1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galectin-1抗体
Galectin-1抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000,IHC-p 1:50-200, ELISA 1:10000-20000 galectin 1(LGALS1) Homo sapiens The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. This gene product may act as an autocrine negative growth factor that regulates cell proliferation. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

Galectin-1 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galectin-1抗体
Galectin-1抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/40000. galectin 1(LGALS1) Homo sapiens The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. This gene product may act as an autocrine negative growth factor that regulates cell proliferation. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

Galectin-2 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galectin-2抗体
Galectin-2抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 galectin 2(LGALS2) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is a soluble beta-galactoside binding lectin. The encoded protein is found as a homodimer and can bind to lymphotoxin-alpha. A single nucleotide polymorphism in an intron of this gene can alter the transcriptional level of the protein, with a resultant increased risk of myocardial infarction. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

Galectin-4 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galectin-4抗体
Galectin-4抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/20000. galectin 4(LGALS4) Homo sapiens The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. The expression of this gene is restricted to small intestine, colon, and rectum, and it is underexpressed in colorectal cancer. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

Galectin-7 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galectin-7抗体
Galectin-7抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/5000. galectin 7(LGALS7) Homo sapiens The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. Differential and in situ hybridization studies indicate that this lectin is specifically expressed in keratinocytes and found mainly in stratified squamous epithelium. A duplicate copy of this gene (GeneID:653499) is found adjacent to, but on the opposite strand on chromosome 19. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

Galectin-8 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Galectin-8抗体
Galectin-8抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. Immunofluorescence: 1/200 - 1/1000. ELISA: 1/20000. galectin 8(LGALS8) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the galectin family. Galectins are beta-galactoside-binding animal lectins with conserved carbohydrate recognition domains. The galectins have been implicated in many essential functions including development, differentiation, cell-cell adhesion, cell-matrix interaction, growth regulation, apoptosis, and RNA splicing. This gene is widely expressed in tumoral tissues and seems to be involved in integrin-like cell interactions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
