RGS4 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RGS4抗体
RGS4抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000regulator of G-protein signaling 4(RGS4) Homo sapiens Regulator of G protein signaling (RGS) family members are regulatory molecules that act as GTPase activating proteins (GAPs) for G alpha subunits of heterotrimeric G proteins. RGS proteins are able to deactivate G protein subunits of the Gi alpha, Go alpha and Gq alpha subtypes. They drive G proteins into their inactive GDP-bound forms. Regulator of G protein signaling 4 belongs to this family. All RGS proteins share a conserved 120-amino acid sequence termed the RGS domain. Regulator of G protein signaling 4 protein is 37% identical to RGS1 and 97% identical to rat Rgs4. This protein negatively regulate signaling upstream or at the level of the heterotrimeric G protein and is localized in the cytoplasm. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

RHCE rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RHCE抗体
RHCE抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000Rh blood group CcEe antigens(RHCE) Homo sapiens The Rh blood group system is the second most clinically significant of the blood groups, second only to ABO. It is also the most polymorphic of the blood groups, with variations due to deletions, gene conversions, and missense mutations. The Rh blood group includes this gene which encodes both the RhC and RhE antigens on a single polypeptide and a second gene which encodes the RhD protein. The classification of Rh-positive and Rh-negative individuals is determined by the presence or absence of the highly immunogenic RhD protein on the surface of erythrocytes. A mutation in this gene results in amorph-type Rh-null disease. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants encoding several different isoforms. RHG04 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RHG04抗体
RHG04抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000Rho GTPase activating protein 4(ARHGAP4) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the rhoGAP family of proteins which play a role in the regulation of small GTP-binding proteins belonging to the RAS superfamily. The protein encoded by the orthologous gene in rat is localized to the Golgi complex and can redistribute to microtubules. The rat protein stimulates the activity of some Rho GTPases in vitro. Genomic deletions of this gene and a neighboring gene have been found in patients with nephrogenic diabetes insipidus. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2009],

RHG05 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RHG05抗体
RHG05抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000Rho GTPase activating protein 5(ARHGAP5) Homo sapiens Rho GTPase activating protein 5 negatively regulates RHO GTPases, a family which may mediate cytoskeleton changes by stimulating the hydrolysis of bound GTP. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

RHG06 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RHG06抗体
RHG06抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000Rho GTPase activating protein 6(ARHGAP6) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the rhoGAP family of proteins which play a role in the regulation of actin polymerization at the plasma membrane during several cellular processes. This protein is thought to have two independent functions, one as a GTPase-activating protein with specificity for RhoA, and another as a cytoskeletal protein that promotes actin remodeling. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

RHG20 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RHG20抗体
RHG20抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000Rho GTPase activating protein 20(ARHGAP20) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene is an activator of RHO-type GTPases, transducing a signal from RAP1 to RHO and impacting neurite outgrowth. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2016],

RHG24 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

RHG24抗体
RHG24抗体应用:WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000Rho GTPase activating protein 24(ARHGAP24) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a Rho-GTPase activating protein, which is specific for the small GTPase family member Rac. Binding of the encoded protein by filamin A targets it to sites of membrane protrusion, where it antognizes Rac. This results in suppression of lamellae formation and promotion of retraction to regulate cell polarity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2016],
