CD179b rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD179b抗体
CD179b抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/10000. immunoglobulin lambda like polypeptide 1(IGLL1) Homo sapiens The preB cell receptor is found on the surface of proB and preB cells, where it is involved in transduction of signals for cellular proliferation, differentiation from the proB cell to the preB cell stage, allelic exclusion at the Ig heavy chain gene locus, and promotion of Ig light chain gene rearrangements. The preB cell receptor is composed of a membrane-bound Ig mu heavy chain in association with a heterodimeric surrogate light chain. This gene encodes one of the surrogate light chain subunits and is a member of the immunoglobulin gene superfamily. This gene does not undergo rearrangement. Mutations in this gene can result in B cell deficiency and agammaglobulinemia, an autosomal recessive disease in which few or no gamma globulins or antibodies are made. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008

CD180 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD180抗体
CD180抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/10000. CD180 molecule(CD180) Homo sapiens CD180 is a cell surface molecule consisting of extracellular leucine-rich repeats (LRR) and a short cytoplasmic tail. The extracellular LRR is associated with a molecule called MD-1 and form the cell surface receptor complex, RP105/MD-1. It belongs to the family of pathogen receptors, Toll-like receptors (TLR). RP105/MD1, by working in concert with TLR4, controls B cell recognition and signaling of lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a membrane constituent of Gram-negative bacteria. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

CD19 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD19抗体
CD19抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. IHC-p: 1:100-1:300. ELISA: 1/10000. CD19 molecule(CD19) Homo sapiens Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation. CD192 rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD192抗体
CD192抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/10000. C-C motif chemokine receptor 2(CCR2) Homo sapiens This gene encodes two isoforms of a receptor for monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, a chemokine which specifically mediates monocyte chemotaxis. Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 is involved in monocyte infiltration in inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis as well as in the inflammatory response against tumors. The receptors encoded by this gene mediate agonist-dependent calcium mobilization and inhibition of adenylyl cyclase. This gene is located in the chemokine receptor gene cluster region. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants are expressed by the gene. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2009],

CD1A/B rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD1A/B抗体
CD1A/B抗体应用:IHC-p 1:50-200, ELISA 1:10000-20000 CD1a molecule(CD1A) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The CD1 proteins mediate the presentation of primarily lipid and glycolipid antigens of self or microbial origin to T cells. The human genome contains five CD1 family genes organized in a cluster on chromosome 1. The CD1 family members are thought to differ in their cellular localization and specificity for particular lipid ligands. The protein encoded by this gene localizes to the plasma membrane and to recycling vesicles of the early endocytic system. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2016],

CD1B rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD1B抗体
CD1B抗体应用:IHC-p 1:50-200, ELISA 1:10000-20000 CD1b molecule(CD1B) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The protein encoded by this gene localizes to late endosomes and lysosomes via a tyrosine-based motif in the cytoplasmic tail, and requires vesicular acidification to bind lipid antigens. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],

CD1C rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CD1C抗体
CD1C抗体应用:Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. ELISA: 1/20000. CD1c molecule(CD1C) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The protein encoded by this gene is broadly distributed throughout the endocytic system via a tyrosine-based motif in the cytoplasmic tail. Alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been observed, but their full-length nature is not known. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
